Acting experience

Both as member of the Volksbuehne Huelzweiler als well as in various theatre companies at the university, I spent some time on stage over the last few years.

[2009] An Evening of scenes
ACT, Saarland University's Anglicists' Contemporary Theatre had a show with seven short plays in february. I appeared in Jason Katims' The Man Who Couldn't Dance as - well, the man who couldn't dance.

[2008] Die drei Musketiere (The three musketeers)
In this production of Volksbuehne Huelzweiler, I played Lord Buckingham. My counterpart, Cardinal Richelieu, was played by my father.

[2004] The Rocky Horror Show
Intended as a surprise midnight show at a huge university Santa party, this was a rather short version of the Rocky Horror Show. I played the role of Brad Majors.

[2000] Ein Sommernachtstraum (A midsummer nights dream)
At a theatre company at university, I played one of the workers. Or rather - the wall. A very funny part.

[1999] Ein Sommernachtstraum (A midsummer nights dream)
In this production of Volksbuehne Huelzweiler, I played the role of Demetrius. My sister played Helena, and I was happy to marry Hermia instead at the end.

[1998] Peter Pan
At the english theatre company at university, I played Peter Pans counterpart Captain Hook. No wig necessary back then, but the hook was fake.

[ca. 1979] Ein Märchen im Walde (A forest's fairy tale)
I vaguely remember being in this play in elementary school in the role of dwarf Zippelonimus.
